To fund in part the Annual Observance of St. Martin's Day. The firing of the Fenny Poppers and the costs associated with it. To provide a safe environment for the public to participate in this ancient tradition and to fund all the other ceremonies surrounding the keeping of the Day and to be used also for other ecclesiastical purposes within the Parish of Fenny Stratford.
