A) FO THE BENEFIT OF ANY PERSONS WHO ARE SERVING OR HAVE AT ANY TIME SERVED IN THE IRISH GUARDS WHETHER AS OFFICERS W.O., N.C.O., OR MEN AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WIVES WIDOWS OR OTHER ISSUE WHO ARE IN NEED OF CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE. B) MAKING GRANTS TO CHARITIES WHICH BENEFIT THE ABOVE MENTIONED PERSONS EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
