PROPERTY TO BE USED AS A PLACE FOR THE PUBLIC WORSHIP OF GOD ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLES AND USAGES OF THE SOCIETY OF CHRISTIAN PROTESTANT DISSENTERS AND FOR THE INSTRUCTION OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS. INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY AND THE SUPPORT OF THE MINISTER. ANY RESIDUE FOR PAYMENT OF EXPENSES ATTENDING THE MAINTENANCE OF DIVINE WORSHIP.
