YEARLY INCOME TO BE APPLIED UNDER ON OR BOTH OF FOLLOWING HEADS:- I. THE SUPPLY OF CLOTHES, BOOTS, LINEN, BEDDING, FUEL, TOOLS, MEDICAL OR OTHER AID IN SICKNESS, FOOD OR OTHER ARTICLES IN KIND. II. TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE IN MONEY, BY WAY OF LOAN OR OTHERWISE, IN ASE OF SICKNESS, SPECIAL DISTRESS OR UNEXPECTED LOSS. FOR THE BENEFIT OF POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN AREA O BENEFIT.
