1. PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALMSHOUSES. 2. FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ALMSPEOPLE. THE AREA OF BENEFIT IS DEFINED AS THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISHES OF ST. MATTHEW LIGHTCLIFFE, ST. MATTHEW NORTHOWRAM, ST. JOHN COLEY AND A 10 MILES RADIUS OF THE ALMSHOUSES.
