Charitable objects

THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME IS HELD UPON TRUST BY THE TRUSTEES TO APPLY THE SAME WHETHER CAPITAL OR INCOME (A) TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE ACTIVIES AS THE SETTLOR NEIL EDWARD WATES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT, AND (B) IN DEFAULT OF ANY SUCH DISCRETION OR TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH DIRECTION DOES NOT EXTEND UPON TRUST FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES AS THE TRUSTEE SHALL IN ITS UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE EXCEPT THAT THE TRUSTEE SHALL NOT APPLY ANY CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND DURING THE LIFE OF THE SETTLOR WITHOUT HS CONSENT IN WRITING.
