YEARLY INCOME FOR PENSIONS NOT EXCEEDING $5 EACH TO SO MANY SCULLERMEN RESIDENT IN SOUTH SHIELDS WHO WERE BORN WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF SOUTH SHIELDS AND WHO ARE NOT LESS THAN 50 YEARS OF AGE, PENSIONS MUST HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED FOR AT LEAST TEN YEARS AS SCULLERMEN WITHIN THE SAID BOROUGH OR HAVE BEEN SAILORS AND HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED AS SCULLERMEN FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS.
