ANY INCOME OUT OF ACCUMALATIONS OF MONEY RETAINED FOR EXPENSES TO BE DISTRIBUTED IN DONATIONS OF $3 EACH TO WIDOWS OF SEAMEN. REMAINDER OF INCOME FOR PENSIONS NOT EXCEEDING $10 EACH TO WIDOWS OF SEAMEN WHO HAVE ATTAINED THE AGE OF 50 YEATS AND WHO WERE RESIDENT IN SOUTH SHIELDS AT THE TIME OF THE DEATHS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE HUSBANDS AND WHO STILL RESIDE THERE.
