PENSIONS FOR POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO HAVE LIVED IN THE PARISH OF ST. HILDA FOR NOT LESS THAN FIVE YEARS. PENSIONERS TO BE APPOINTED ANNUALLY AT CHRISTMAS AND PENSIONS MAY BE PAID WEEKLY OR MONTHLY OR APPLIED IN ANY MANNER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PENSIONER.
