TO PROMOTE AND, WITH OTHERS, PARTICIPATE IN ORNITHOLOGICAL STUDIES IN THE COUNTY C. TO SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE THE PRESERVATION AND CONSERVATION OF BIRDS AND PLACES OF ORNITHOLOGICAL INTEREST IN THE COUNTY D.
