A) IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS; AND
B) ARE EITHER
I) MEMBERS OR FORMER MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENT; OR
II) FORMER MEMBERS OF THE FORMER CORPS; OR
III) DEPENDANTS OF THE PERSONS IDENTIFIED IN SUB CLAUSE (I) AND (II) ABOVE.
2. TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ROYAL TANK REGIMENT THROUGH THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF SERVING MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENT.
