TO RENDER ASSISTANCE BY GRANT TO DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS INDIVIDUALS WORKING IN OR RETIRED FROM THE SADDLERY OR LEATHERGOODS INDUSTRY, WHO, BY REASON OF OLD AGE, INFIRMITY OR OTHER MISFORTUNE, ARE UNABLE TO CONTINUE BUSINESS FOR A PERIOD OF TIME; ALSO TO AID A NECESSITOUS SPOUSE AND CHILDREN OF SUCH DECEASED PERSONS.
