Charitable objects
NET ANNUAL INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN PAYMENT OF ANY CHARGES INCURRED FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF BLACK TORRINGTON, AND SUBJECT THERETO IN THE PAYMENT OF CHARGES IN RESPECT OF MAINTENANCE OF THE SERVICES AND FURNITURE. RESIDUE OF INCOME, IF ANY, SHALL BE APPLIED FOR BENEFIT OF DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH TORRINGTON AS IN CLAUSE 33 (A) AND (B) OF SCHEME OF 1885.
