THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE IN CASES OF NEED OF PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN ACCUSED OF OFFENCES BEFORE MAGISTRATES' COURTS WITHIN THE CITY OF NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE AND WITHIN THE COUNTIES OF NORTHUMBERLAND, DURHAM AND CUMBRIA AND PERSONS WHO ARE DEPENDANTS OF PERSONS ACCUSED AS AFORESAID.
