Charitable objects
THE TRUST PROPERTY AND THE RENT AND THE INCOME THEREOF SHALL BE HELD AND APPLIED FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF ARTIZANS OR OTHER PERSONS OF THE WORKING CLASSES (INCLUDING CLERCIAL WORKERS) AND WHETHER IN ACTIVE EMPLOYMENT OR UNABLE THROUGH AGE OR INFIRMITY ANY LONGER TO WORK AND WHO BY REASON OF POVERTY OR INSUFFICIENCY OF INCOME ARE UNABLE TO PAY THE RENT OF THE FULL ECONOMIC RENT FOR A DWELLINGHOUSE AFFORDING REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES OR DEPENDENTS. PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO EMPLOYEES OR EX-EMPLOYEES OF THE BRITISH OIL AND CAKE MILLS LIMITED.
