AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO MAY REQUIRE ASSISTANCE THROUGH POVERTY OR DISTRESS TO GIVE ADVICE ON RESETTLEMENT, SERVICE AND OTHER MATTERS (FOR DETAILS SEE CLUASE 2 OF RULES).
