Charitable objects

SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF THE EXPENSES AFORESAID THE MANAGING TRUSTEES SHALL DIVIDE THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY AS NEARLY AS MAY BE INTO 3 EQUAL PARTS AND SHALL PAY OVER THE SAME AS FOLLOWS: (1) AS TO 2 SUCH EQUAL PARTS, TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF HOLY CROSS, SHREWSBURY T APPLY THOSE EQUAL PARTS TOWARDS THE UPKEEP, REPAIR AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE CHURCH OF HOLY CROSS, SHREWSBURY, AND THE MAINTENANCE OF SERVICES THEREIN; AND (2) AS TO THE REMAINING EQUAL PART, TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST GILES, SHREWSBURY, TO APPLY THAT REMAINING PART TOWARDS THE UPKEEP, REPAIR AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE CHURCH OF ST GILES, SHREWSBURY, AND THE MAINTENANCE OF SERVICES THEREIN.
