Charitable objects
NET YEARLY INCOME TO BE PAID TO THE SEXTON OF THE PARISH OF COLNE ENGAINE FOR HIS OWN USE AND BENEFIT, IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION AS ABOVE, THE TRUSTEES MAY PAY THE SAME TO THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF COLNE ENGAINE TO BE APPLIED BY THEM OR TOWARDS THE UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CHURCHYARD OF THE PARISH CHURCH AND OTHERWISE IN PAYMENT TO THE PERSONS WHO PERFORM THE DUTIES NORMALLY CARRIED OUT BY THE SEXTON.
