THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN NEED WHO ARE EITHER: (A) PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN MEMBERS OF, OR WHO HAVE BEEN ATTACHED TO OR SERVED WITH, THE ROYAL WILTSHIRE YEOMANRY, OR ANY SUCCESSOR UNIT OR SUB-UNIT AS DESIGNATED IN AN ORDER OF THE ARMY BOARD OR ANY SIMILAR AUTHORITY, FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN 3 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS; OR (B) THE DEPENDENTS OF ANY SUCH PERSON (2) THE TRUSTEES MAY RELIEVE PERSONS IN NEED BY: (A) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO THEM; OR (B) PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES FOR THEM; OR (C) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO OTHER PERSONS OR BODIES WHO PROVIDE GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES TO THOSE IN NEED.
