TO PROMOTE AND STRENGTHEN THE COMRADESHIP AND ESPRIT-DE-CORPS OF ALL OFFICERS WOS, NCOS, AND MEN WHO HAVE SERVED OR ARE SERVING IN THE WORCESTERSHIRE REGIMENT, WITH ANY UNIT ADMINISTERED (IN THE PAST) BY THE WORCESTERSHIE T.A. ASSOCIATION AND (IN THE PAST AND NOW) BY THE WORCESTERSHIRE TERRITORIAL AND AUXILIARY FORCES ASSOCIATION, OR WITH THE WORCESTERSHIRE HOME GUARD. TO ASSIST THE WELFARE OF MEMBERS, THEIR WIVES, WIDOWS AND FAMILIES. TO AID EX-MEMBERS OF THE COUNTY REGIMENTS (WHETHER MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION OR NOT) THEIR WIVES, WIDOWS AND FAMILIES IN SERIOUS AND URGENT NEED.
