Charitable objects

1. (A) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR WOMEN WHO: (I) ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS; AND (II) ARE OVER FIFTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE. (B) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEE DECIDES. 2. WHEN THERE ARE INSUFFICIENT APPLICATIONS FROM WOMEN WITH CIRCUMSTANCES MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS STIPULATED IN CLAUSES 1(A)(I) AND 1(A)(II) TO FILL ALL OF THE VACANCIES IN THE CHARITY'S HOME THE TRUSTEE MAY APPOINT MEN WHO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS STIPULATED IN THOSE CLAUSES.
