COTTAGES FOR HOUSING AGRICULTURAL OR OTHER WORKERS (OR THEIR WIDOWS) WHO HAVE WORKED FOR A LONG TIME ON ONE OR MORE OF THE FARMS IN WILLOUGHTON AND WHO ARE OWING TO THEIR ADVANCED YEARS OR TO ACCIDENT OR ILLNESS PREVENTED FROM ANY LONGER CARRYING OUT THEIR FULL DUTIES AND WHOSES HOMES ARE ACCORDINGLY REQUIRED FOR YOUNGER AND MORE ABLE-BODIED PERSONS.
