Charitable objects
(1) TO BE APPLIED AND USED AS AND FOR A TEMPERANCE CAFE AND INSTITUTE. (2) ANY SURPLUS MONIES NOT IMMEDIATELY REQUIRED FOR THE MAINTAINING OF THE BUILDING PAYING THE WAGES OF ALL OFFICERS AND SERVANTS WHOM THE COMMITTEE MAY THINK PROPER TO EMPLOY FOR THE PURPOSES OF THESE PRESENTS BY WAY OF DONATIONS OR SUBSCRIPTIONS TO ANY INSTITUTION (NOT POLITICAL OR SECTARIAN OR AT VARIANCE WITH THE CAUSE OF TEMPERANCE) HAVING FOR ITS OBJECT THE WELL BEING AND IMPROVEMET OF THE INHABITANTS IN SUTTON IN ASHFIELD AFORESAID.
