THE INCOME IS APPLICABLE FOR THE POOR OF THE PARISH OF DANBURY SO LONG AS THE RECTOR AND CHURCH WARDENS KEEP IN DUE ORDER AND PROPER REPAIR THE TOMB OR GRAVE IN THE CHURCHYARD AT DANBURY IN WHICH THE TESTATORS FATHER AND MOTHER ARE BURIED. IF FOR 12 MONTHS THE TRUSTEES FAIL TO EFFECT OR CARRY OUT THE REQUISITEREPAIRS OR WORKS TO THE TOMB OR GRAVE THEN THERE IS A GIFT OVER TO THE RECTOR AND CHURCH WARDENS OF THE PARISH OF WOODHAM MORTIMER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE POOR IN THE PARISH.
