A) TO ASSIST PERSONS OF POLISH ORIGIN AND THEIR SPOUSES, THEIR ISSUE, THE SPOUSES OF THEIR ISSUE AND THEIR DEPENDENTS WHO ARE POOR AND IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE AND WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN CITIZENS OF POLAND AND WHO AS REFUGEES HAVE LEFT OR SHALL HEREAFTER LEAVE POLAND AND HAVE OR SHALL HEREAFTER COME TO THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND. B) TO ASSIST OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS CONCERNED WITH POLES.
