IF THE SAID CHAPEL SHALL CEASE TO EXIST AS A PLACE OF WORSHIP IN CONNECTION WITH THE METHODIST CHURCH THE INCOME MAY BE APPLIED ANNUALLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE POOR OF THE CONGREGATION OR DISTRICT OF SUCH OTHER CHAPEL IN LIVERPOOL AS TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
