Charitable objects

FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG THE FOLLOWING PERSONS - (A) PERSONS (HEREINAFTER CALLED "TAXI DRIVERS" WHO FROM TIME TO TIME ARE OR HAVE BEEN LICENSED AS TAXI CAB DRIVERS BY THE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE FOR THE METROPOLIS. (B) THE SPOUSE WIDOWS AND ISSUE (OF WHATEVER DEGREE) OF TAXI DRIVERS. (C) ANY OTHER PERSONS WHO ARE FOR THE TIME BEING (OR WERE AT HIS DEATH) DEPENDANT UPON A TAXI DRIVER FOR THE PROVISION FO ALL OR ANY OF THE ORDINARY NECESSARIES OF LIFE.
