FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS ADVANCE THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK FOR THE TIME BEING CARRIED ON IN ENGLAND OR WALES BY OR UNDER THE DIRECTION OR WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE AREA ASSOCIATION AS THE TRUSTEES WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT AND IF AT ANY TIME THE AREA ASSOCIATION SHALL CEASE TO EXIST OR SHALL CEASE TO CARRY ON OR DIRECT OR SUPPORT ANY CHARITABLE WORK IN ENGLAND OR WALES THEN FOR SUCH LAWFUL CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE MOVEMENT OR OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC RELIGION AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE.
