TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR HADICAPPED PERSONS IN THE BANSTEAD DISTRICT WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS. TO STRIVE FOR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, MORAL AND SPIRITUAL IMPROVEMENT. TO CO-OPERATE WITH ALL SUCH VOLUNTARY AND STATUTORY BODIES CONCERNED WITH THE WELFARE OF THE HANDICAPPED.
