AS A PLASE OF MEETING OR FOR THE USE OR OCCUPATION WHETHER CONTINUOUSLY ACCASIONALLY OR TEMPORARILY OF ANY INSTITUTIONS CLUBS OR SOCIETIES NOW EXISTING OR HEREAFTER TO BE FORMED AND HAVING IN VIEW THE INTELLECUTAL MORAL SOCIAL PHYSICAL OR SPIRITUAL WANTS OF THE INHABITANTS OF REDHILL AND REIGATE AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT. (FOR FULL DETAILS SEE DEED AS AFFECTED BY THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHARITABLE TRUSTS (VALIDATION ACT 1954). THE INSTITUTE SHALL BE HELD BY THE TRUSTEES OR TRUSTEE UNTIL THE EXPIRATION OF 20 YEARS AFTER THE DEATH OF THE SURVIVOR OF THE ISSUE NOW LIVING OF HER LATE MAJESTY QUEEN VICTORIA IF THEIR OR HIS POSSESSIONS THEREOF SHALL SO LONG CONTINUE.
