Charitable objects

(A) THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES ONLY (B) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WHO ARE SUBJECT TO OR HAVE SUFFERED A LEGAL RESTRICTION ON THEIR LIBERTY IN ANY PENAL OR CORRECTIONAL ESTABLISHMENT, AND THE FAMILIES, WIVES, CHILDREN AND IMMEDIATE DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PERSONS, PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND SUPPORT.
