UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE SAME IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND AMOUNTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT IN MAKING PAYMENTS TO SUCH ONE OR MORE OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR OBJECTS A) AS THE FOUNDER MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BY A RESOLUTION OF ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS SELECT AND NOTIFY TO THE TRUSTEES OR B) IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE SO TO SELECT AND NOTIFY AFTER THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE GIVEN THE FOUNDER 28 DAYS NOTICE SO TO DO AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE.
