Charitable objects

THE TRUST FUND SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES AT THEIR DISCRETION WITHOUT DISTINCTION BETWEEN CAPITAL AND INCOME FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT: (1) FIRSTLY OF RETIRED NURSES WHO ARE OF LIMITED MEANS; AND (2) SECONDLY FOR WORKING NURSES WHO ARE OF LIMITED MEANS IN PARTICULAR TO CONSTRUCT OR ACQUIRE ESTABLISH AND CONDUCT A HOME OR HOMES FOR SUCH PERSONS.
