B) TO PROMOTE AND IMPROVE THE ART AND SCIENCE OF TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING. C) TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN EDUCATIONIN RELATION TO THE BUILDING DECORATING DESIGNING AND EQUIPPING OF HOUSES AND OTHER BUILDINGS AND IN RELATION TO THE ART AND SCIENCE OF TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING.
