Charitable objects

1) INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF YARKHILL FOR WHICH PROVISION CANNOT BE MADE OUT OF RATES, TAXES OR OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS. 2) THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE WHOLE OR PART OF THE CAPITAL ENDOWMENTS OF THE CHARITY AT ANY TIME IN OR TOWARDS DEFRAYING THE COST OF PROVIDING PROPERTY TO BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR USE AS A PARISH HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
