Charitable objects
I) THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE OBJECTS AN DPURPOSES ONLY. II)(A) TO PROVIDE, CAUSE TO BE PROVIDED OR ASSIST IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE TRANSPORT OF ANY PERSON SUFFERING FROM A PHYSICAL DISABILITY TO THE EXTENT IS NECESSARY TO CONVEY SUCH PERSON FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER. (B) TO PROVIDE SUCH EQUIPMENT AND APPARATUS AS IS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT (II) (A).
