Charitable objects
(1) IN PAYING TO THE TRUSTEES HEREINAFTER APPOINTED OF THE CHARITY TO BE CALLED THE LLOYD THOMAS HOMES SUCH SUM AS THE COMMISSIONERS APPROVE IN OR TOWARSDS DEFRAYING THE COST OF AMINTAINING THE HOMES OF THAT CHARITY. (2) IN MAKING GRANTS TO POOR WOMEN AND GIRLS WHO ARE IN NEED OF REST OR HOLIDAY TO ENABLE THEM TO OBTAIN THE SAME INCLUDING IN EXCEPTIONABLE CASES GRANTS TOWARDS INCIDENTAL EXPENSES.
