Charitable objects

(1) TO MOBILISE, ENCOURAGE, FOSTER AND MAINTAIN THE INTEREST OF THE PUBLIC IN THE PATIENTS AND THE SUPPORT OF THE HOSPITAL. (2) TO MAINTAIN THE RELATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS WHICH EXISTED PRIOR TO JULY 1948 BETWEEN VOLUNTARY BODIES AND THE HOSPITAL. (3) TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF:- (A) SUPPLEMENTING IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUST THINKS FIT THE WORK CARRIED ON BY THE HOSPITAL; (B) APPLYING THE SAME IN ANY MANNER WHICH THE TRUST MAY THINK FIT EITHER FOR RESEARCH INTO CANCER AND SIMILAR DISEASES OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY OTHER HOSPITAL WHICH CARRIES ON WORK OF A SIMILAR NATURE TO THAT NOW CARRIED ON BY THE HOSPITAL.
