Charitable objects
(1) THE TRUSTEE MUST FIRSTLY APPLY ANY INCOME ARISING FROM LETTING THE ALLOTMENTS IN MEETING THE COSTS OF MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF THE PROPERTY NOT REQUIRED TO BE MET BY TENANTS. (2) AFTER PAYMENT OF THESE COSTS, THE TRUSTEE MAY APPLY THE REMAINING INCOME TOWARDS THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
