TO STAND POSSESSED OF THE RESIDUE OF THE ANNUAL INCOME AND TO INVEST SAME FO RREPAIRING THE FABRIC OF THE SAID CHURCH AND THE FENCES BOUNDARY WALKS ETC. THEROF.
