TO FURTHER IN EVERY WAY ALLOWED BY LAW THE EDUCATION AND WELFARE OF THE DEAF CHILDREN WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, RELIGION ,CREED, DISABILITY ,SEX OR FAMILY CIRCUMSTANCES.
