TO REACH DEAF PEOPLE OF EVERY NATION (IN CO-OPERATION WITH OTHER EVANGELICAL GROUPS) TO LEAD THEM TO A KNOWLEDGE OF THE SALVATION THROUGH JESUS CHRIST AND TO BUILD THEM UP IN THE CHRISTIAN LIFE IN FELLOWSHIP WITH DEAF AND OTHER BELIEVERS.
