CLEAR INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT SO FAR AS THE SAME WILL EXTEND, OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF SUTTON ST. MARY, AND OF THE FENCES INCLOSING THE CHURCHYARD IN WHICH THE SAID CHURCH IS SITUATE AND OF THE FURNITURE AND ORNAMENTS OF THE SAID CHURCH AND GENERALLY TO THE USES THEREOF.
