Charitable objects
INCOME TO BE APPLIED TOWARDS MAINTENANCE OF THE MINISTER FOR CHRIST CHURCH MACCLESFIELD, THE REPAIRS AND MAINENANCE OF THE SAID CHURCH, CHURCHYARD, WALLS, GATES, ORGAN, CLOCK ETC., APPERTAINING TO THE SAID CHURCH AND TOWARDS COSTS FOR A SEXTON, SINGERS, RINGERS, WINE FOR THE HOLY SACRAMENT, HEATING, LIGHTING AND ANY OTHER REGQUIREMENT REALLY NECESSARY FOR THE USE AND COMFORT OF THE SAID CHURCH AND IF THEREAFTER THERE BE ANY SURPLUS IT SHALL BE APPLIED IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF BREAD, CLOTHES AND COALS TO DISTRESSED WIDOWS AND WIDOWERS AND OTHER NEEDY PERSONS ATTENDING THE SAID CHURCH. (THE DETAILS AS LAID OUT IN WILL AND TWO CODICILS TO BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO.)
