Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE SOCIETY IS THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND OVERSEAS BY THE SUPPLY OF PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, DRUGS AND MATERIALS TO CATHOLIC MEDICAL MISSIONS. IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT, BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE SOCIETY MAY TAKE SUCH STEPS AS ARE NECESSARY TO COLLECT AND RECEIVE CONTRIBUTIONS, BY WAY OF SUBSCRIPTION, DONATION OR OTHERWISE, PROVIDED THAT THE SOCIETY SHALL NOT UNDERTAKE PERMANENT RADING ACTIVITIES.
