Charitable objects
INCOME TO BE PAID AND DIVIDED IN SUCH AMOUNTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE TO OR AMONGST SUCH POOR AGED OR INFIRM PERSONS INHABITATNS OF THE PARISH OF SWINTON AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL CONSIDER MOST DESERVING OBJECTS OFTHE CHARITY. SUCH PERSONS MAY BE OF EITHER SEX MARRIED OR SINGLE AND NO PERSON SHALL BE INELIGIBLE OR CONSIDERED A LESS DESERVING OBJECT OF THE CHARITY BY REASON OR ON ACCOUNT OF HIS OR HER RELIGIOUS OPINIONS.
