B) IN GRANTS, SUBVENTIONS AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TOWARDS SUCH PURPOSES OF LOCAL SWISS CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS AS ARE CHARITABLE BY THE LAW OF ENGLAND ON UNDERTAKING BY THE SAID ORGANISATIONS TO APPLY SUCH GRANTS SUBVENTIONS AND OTHER ASSISTANCE FOR THE PRESCRIBED CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
