FOR THE PURPOSES OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RECREATION AND SOCIAL AND MORAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF MILDENHALL IN THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THESE PRESENTS AND ON THE CONDITION THAT NO ALCHOLO SHALL BE SOLD OR CONSUMED ON THE SAID PREMISES.
