A. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE FUND TO BE AMENDED SO AS TO ENABLE THE FUND TO BE USED TO REFURBISH THE ORGAN; B. FOR THE FUND TO BE FREED FROM THE RESTRICTIONS THAT APPLY TO IT WITH RESPECT TO THE EXPENDITURE OF THE FUND, INCLUDING FOR THE RELEASE OF THE FUND FROM ITS PERMANENT ENDOWMENT AND FOR THE CAPITAL TO BE TREATED THE SAME AS ITS INCOME.
