The Trustees shall apply the clear income of the Charity in relieving either generally or individually, persons who trained as nurses at Charing Cross Hospital and are over the age of 65 years, who are in a condition of need, hardship or distress, by making grants of money or providing or paying for items, services or facilities calculated to reduce need, hardship or distress of such persons'.
